The apartment is located in the beautiful Dorsoduro district, in Calle Lunga San Barnaba, a quiet and reserved spot.
The area offers both, artistic points of interest (such as the famous museums of Ca’ Rezzonico, the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection) and interesting craft shops and art galleries. Dorsoduro is a very authentic neighbourhood, young and lively thanks to the close university and to the vital Campo Santa Margherita where you'll find cafes, restaurants and shops of all kinds as well as a supermarket and fish and fruit stalls.
A few steps from the apartment you find the beautiful 'Zattere' promenade where you can have a walk in the sunshine enjoying the view on the island Giudecca.
Vaporetto boat stop 'Ca’ Rezzonico',
which you can reach from Venice/Piazzale Roma and from the railway station Santa Lucia with the vaporetto 'line 1'.
From the Marco Polo Airport there is a boat connection too with the Alilaguna line.
